Drain Cleaner Snake
With all the different drains we have in our homes it is no wonder that from time to time one of them will get clogged up and require the use of a drain cleaner snake. Theses are usually made out of a sturdy metal and can look like it is wound up like a spring or even be designed like a flat sturdy strip of metal. As the name suggest with this drain cleaner, it will be small enough to “snake” it’s way in the drains to reach the clogs. It is flexible enough to bend around the curves in the pipes. The end of the snake has a balloon look, this is call the drop head or bulb head. The toilets will be clogged most often with papers. One of the best remedies for this will be the ball-type plungers. It is recommended by most plumbing professionals for each home to have this. The ball-type seems to work better then the regular suction type plunger because the ball-type will create more force and pressure for clearing the toilet.
